What are your portion sizes?

We offer three portion sizes. We offer a 3oz protein, 2oz carb, and 2oz vegetable serving size and also a 5oz protein, 3oz carb, and 3 oz vegetable. We also offer what can be considered a family meal size that will consist of 16oz protein, 12oz carbs, and 12oz vegetables. The 3oz and 5oz portion sizes will be served in a two-compartment meal prep container. The 16oz portion will be in individual containers for each food.

What are your food ingredients?

We strive to source all our ingredients organically as possible. We want to create the healthiest, delicious meals possible. We prepare our meals using fresh not frozen ingredients.

What if I don't like a meal? 

Faithfully Fit wants your feedback. We are always looking to improve. If you have a question, comment, critique, or complaint let us know by email at faithfullyfit2022@gmail.com or phone at 409-268-3465. If your meals are damaged or incorrect in anyway, we will credit your account and ensure the mistake is corrected.

What are your heating instructions?

Before heating, we recommend venting the lid and removing any cold items, garnishes, or sauces. All microwaves vary but we find the best results between 2:00 - 2:30 minutes. Our meals removed from food prep containers are also great heated in the oven or air-fryer.

Will Faithfully Fit meals help me lose weight?

We are more of a convenience-based meal service than a dietary meal service. We structure our menu with a health-conscious mindset. We avoid overuse of butter, heavy cream, mayonnaise, and other unsaturated fats. We focus on providing perfectly portioned and well-balanced meals. Our ingredients for our menu items our thoroughly thought out to help provide clean, healthy, and tasteful meals. Weight lose results simply can be due to the portion control and healthier ingredients.

Where does Faithfully Fit Deliver?

We deliver to generally a 60m radius around Silsbee. If you live further out give us a call and let us, see if we can arrange something for you.

When are deliveries made?

We deliver early Monday morning between 4am and 7am and Wednesday morning between 4am and 7am. We have the early morning deliveries so we can get your meals to you before work. We also hope they will not be forgotten in the heat of the day. Your meals will stay cold and fresh in an insulated cooler bag with ice packs.

Note: We can accommodate alternate delivery times for other locations, which can be coordinated during your welcome call. 

What if my community is gated?

If the gate is manned 24 hours, we recommend adding Faithfully Fit to your list of approved deliveries. If the gate is unmanned, we are equipped to securely store a key FOB for your deliveries. Any access codes can be listed in the Notes on checkout. You can also just give us a call and we will do whatever is possible to find a convenient solution.

Is there a bag fee?

We do not charge a bag fee or a deposit for the bags, but we do rely on reusing the cooler bags. Simply leave the empty bags outside ahead of the next delivery and our driver will make a swap. If you don't intend to continue purchasing meals let us know and we will arrange a pick-up. 

How am I charged?

You will make meal selections and add them to your cart. You will create an account and checkout with PayPal. This will allow you to use a credit or debit card, PayPal credit, Venmo, and Apple Pay.

Can I purchase more than one week of meals?

Yes, we have a two- and four-week meal plan option in the products page. When you click on either one of these options, we have the instructions on how to purchase these plans.

What is the delivery fee?

We have two deliveries per week for a total charge of $7. This is based on a minimum of 10 meals ordered at checkout.

How is Faithfully Fit MAINTAINING HEALTH STANDARDS?

Faithfully Fit prepares all of its meals in a commercial kitchen that is fully certified by Texas State Health Department. All our food preparers have State certified food preparer certifications. Our entire kitchen is maintained to State Health standards and receives a thorough cleaning and disinfection after every production day.
